Scrada for WooCommerce plugin

Choose whether an order in Scrada should be a sales invoice, an entry in the daily receipts ledger, or both. You set this up once and every order will follow suit.

Do you use both? If so, you can let your customers tick a box at checkout to indicate whether they want an invoice. Those who do not request one will simply be recorded in the daily receipt book.

Once a payment has been completed, including for pending or on-hold orders, when you choose an order status yourself, or simply when you click the button.

Link each WooCommerce tax rate to the correct VAT type in Scrada. For each type, it is indicated which box on the Belgian VAT return it belongs in, from box 00 to box 47.

Each WooCommerce payment method is assigned a Scrada payment type for the invoice and a Scrada payment method for the daily receipt ledger.

If you issue a full or partial refund for an order, the plugin automatically creates a credit note in Scrada, with a reference to the original invoice.

For days with no sales, the plugin automatically posts an entry of €0 to your daily receipts ledger, as required by law. The opening dates of your ledger are taken into account.

If a customer enters a VAT number, the plugin checks whether that company can be reached via Peppol and displays this immediately at checkout.

Scrada uses a webhook to let you know whether an invoice has actually been sent. You can see this status next to the order, even if something went wrong.

Retrieve the UBL file for each synchronised invoice directly from the order overview or the order page.

If Scrada is temporarily down or you’ve reached the request limit, the plugin will automatically retry up to five times, at increasingly longer intervals.

The order list will include a Scrada column showing ‘Synchronised’, ‘Not synchronised’ or ‘Failed’, and you can filter the list accordingly.

If a tax rate or payment method has not yet been linked, the plugin will tell you straight away, with a link to the screen where you can sort it out.

Name, email, telephone number, street, house number, flat number, postcode, town/city, country, VAT number, language, customer code, accounting code and invoicing email address: you can retrieve each field from the WooCommerce field you specify.

Is your delivery address different from your billing address? If so, link the delivery fields separately and the delivery address will appear on the invoice.

The plugin finds the VAT number in the usual fields and removes spaces, full stops and invisible characters before sending it to Scrada.

SKU with product name, product name only, SKU only, or the order number with the product name. Variants are listed on the line along with their characteristics.

The dispatch line is named after the dispatch method chosen by the customer, rather than simply the word ‘dispatch’.

Select a prefix for the invoice number, the number of days until the due date and the text setting out the payment terms to be included on the invoice.

Decide whether Scrada should email the invoice to your customer in line with your company settings, or whether you have already included it in your WooCommerce emails.

Discounts per line, charges and postage are each subject to their own VAT rate, so that the VAT totals on the invoice match what the customer paid.

Switch on the test environment and the plugin will communicate with apitest.scrada.be instead of your live accounting system.

Invoices, customers, orders, the journal, Peppol and webhooks each have their own log, which can be found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

The plugin works with both traditional orders and the new WooCommerce order tables (HPOS).

A subscription renewal is sent to Scrada as a new order, with its own invoice.

The entire plugin has been translated, with separate versions for Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
