We don’t like unnecessary contracts or hidden costs. Nothing stands in the way of keeping your website under your own management or changing supplier. lsDevign only reserves the right to manage your site by means of a maintenance contract and to include your website in our portfolio.
In addition to the classic form of agreements, such as a signed quotation or the commitment to pay an invoice, lsDevign works with maintenance contracts.
This includes all costs for web hosting, domain names, maintenance, security, updates, etc. Maintenance contracts are optional, but sensible. Moreover, they can be canceled annually and therefore very flexible. You also get a few hours of programming work for free when you sign a maintenance contract.
The cost of a maintenance contract depends on the size of the website and the associated risks or costs.
lsDevign works with the globally supported back end (admin zone) of WordPress, and by extension Woocommerce. We fully set up this system and program it to the needs of our customers. That way you only see what you need and you can easily make changes.
Our websites and webshops are fully customizable. You get full access to your website, with which you can change everything anytime and anywhere. This ranges from texts to icons, links, composition and images. All without breaking the layout.
Our websites are also easy to expand. So if you still want changes, extra options or functions after the launch, this is certainly possible.
Like any website builder, lsDevign also works with a predetermined schedule. Depending on the moment and the planned schedule, the delivery date will be discussed with the customer. That way we both have something to work towards.
On average, you should take into account 4 weeks between the approval of your quotation and the delivery of the project.
It may of course happen that you have an urgent problem (hacking, downtime, …), or that you do not have time to wait for the planning, because other actions have to follow on your project (such as the campaigns from your social media strategy).
